One of the biggest things i've realised and what hit me very quickly is how comfortable and easy life is way back in Cork. I got my personal internet access set up today so I can log on anytime I want and surf the net, read the Irish Times, check Facebook and emails. But i have to nearly force myself  not to go on Facebook or emails to early in the day over here because I want to wait until later when there’s more people online at home because for me it’s one of the best parts of the day. Do ye think the same?

It’s a pure 21st century Cork thing, we’re so used to being able to talk to each other get the bus and meet up, go into town, read the papers or chat online and just be sociable that when it’s all taken away it’s a bit of a shock but then when you get some of that back it’s a great feeling.

Well things couldn't be going any better for us James, but still Lil is feeling lonely and missing being in touch with those at home...so nope you're not alone.
